Thirteen is a Pro Hero know as the Space Hero. Her quirk, Black Hole, lets her recreate the pull of a black hole from her finger tips. Much like an actual black hole, anything pulled in is crushed and never escapes.

Thirteen's first ability is a Response that is only playable once per turn. It triggers after her rival plays a non-character ability that modifies the speed of an attack and lets her cancel that ability. This means that she can cancel both speed increases and decreases. 

Her final ability is another Response that is only playable once per turn but it has a cost of destroying a foundation. It triggers when her rival plays a foundation as a form and lets her discard it from their card pool. This means Thirteen's rivals will only get the foundations that she wants them to have.
